Mindfulness is at the heart of so much of what we do in therapy. Basic skills in mindfulness – the ability to sit with and observe what is arising in your body and mind – are like a turbo button on the therapeutic process. Indeed, in my personal experience cultivating mindful awareness, especially of my body, was a therapeutic game-changer.

This 5-week online experiential group is meant to accelerate your therapeutic process through a shared cultivation of skills in mindfulness. Together we’ll go through the basics of meditation, how to cultivate an impactful and meaningful practice, and how to take those skills out in the world with you and use them to start making the day-to-day changes that yield long-term results. We’ll also have ample opportunities to practice.
